With 2 busses daily in either direction, McClune’s Transport Services will carry you safely between Walvis Bay and Windhoek. We do drop-offs in Swakopmund, Arandis, Usakos, Karibib, and Okahandja.

We have over 1million accident free kilometres under our belt as our drives are well trained and experienced to take good care of all our customers. In the mornings we pick passengers up from wherever they may be staying and we will drop them off at their lodgings in the destination. All our vehicles are driven by licenced drivers and we have the necessary permits to offer the specific service.

Does your door to door service work in all stops on your routes?

Our morning buses starting picking clients up from their lodgings at 06h00m in order for the bus to leave at 07h00. This only takes place in Windhoek and Walvis Bay while passengers in Swakopmund, Arandis, Usakos, Karibib and Okahandja will be picked up and dropped of at designated points.

What are the usual methods of payment?

We generally prefer that money be paid directly into our account via EFT or direct deposit. Payments can also be made on the bus.

Can children travel on their own on your shuttle?

Yes this can be done but must be arranged with the office ahead of the trip.

What happens in the event I miss the bus?

Passengers are requested to be at their terminal 30 MINUTES before departure. Should you be late for the scheduled departure time, a new ticket will have to be purchased. Booked seats that are not filled will be offered to stand-by passengers on a first come first serve basis. Same regulations counts for cash customers as well as for paid customers.

Can I negotiate a discount with the drivers?

This is strictly NOT allowed. All payments must be made in-line with McCleun’s Transport services stipulated rates.

Can I cancel my booking at any time?

Prior to 24 hours before departure, a refund or rescheduling is possible. N$150.00 admin fee applies. On date of departure: No bookings can be cancelled or moved, Payments will be forfeited. No Re-schedule/No Refund/new booking procurers apply. With any re-bookings, any increase in fare at the time of the re-booking being requested, will also be for the account of the Passenger. No Refunds on date of departure or thereafter. McClune’s Transport Services will not be bound by VERBAL QUOTATIONS. Quotes are valid ONLY at the time the quotation is provided, unless expressly indicated otherwise. 

Can I bring my pets along?

With the exception of trained guide dogs, NO PETS, NO ANIMALS, NO BIRDS will be allowed on any McClune’s Coaches or vehicles.

What happens if there is a breakdown?

In the event of a breakdown or delay McClune’s COACHES WILL NOT be held liable for connecting services, scheduled meetings, free refreshments, accommodation or any form of transportation or compensation. NO REFUNDS will be paid on breakdowns or delays.
