McClune’s Shuttle Services reserve the right to alter the schedule of its services as required.

Whilst all efforts will be made to maintain scheduled service times, McClune’s Shuttle Services accept no responsibility for service delays due to actions taken by the any airlines or other transport providers.

The client, acknowledges by their acceptance, that McClune’s Shuttle Services shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any of the above named entities.

Arrival and Departure.

The onus is upon the client to ensure that all the clients info with regards to departure and arrival dates and times are correct. All dates, times and flights, within any correspondence, booking sheets or confirmations from McClune’s Shuttle Services are as advised by the client.

McClune’s Shuttle Services accept no responsibility for incorrectly advised departure and arrival dates / times or similar information. The rescheduling of inbound services may incur additional charges.


Luggage includes all items which accompany a passenger whilst aboard a McClune’s Shuttle or contract vehicle, either within the luggage storage area, trailer or carried on board by the passenger.

All luggage, including carry on luggage and personal items, is the sole responsibility of the passenger. McClune’s Shuttle Services accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage to any passenger luggage and personal items, whilst aboard a McClune’s Shuttles or contract vehicle.

Violent & Disorderly Behavior.

Violence, disorderly conduct and aggression will not be tolerated. A person may be asked to leave or refused entry on a McClune’s Shuttle or contract vehicle prior to reaching their destination. If person/s are in the opinion of the staff members violent, disorderly or aggressive towards the driver, staff members or fellow passengers the company reserves the right to refuse travel or to remove a passenger from the service.

Drug or Alcohol Intoxication.

McClune’s Shuttle Services reserve the right to refuse to carry or to remove from a service a passenger who in the reasonable opinion of the McClune’s Shuttle Services employee or contractor is intoxicated by drugs and/or alcohol and who may or may not pose a potential threat to themselves, others or property. Any and all additional costs incurred as result of the refusal to serve, or the removal from the service, will be the responsibility of the passenger. Smoking is also not permitted by law in any vehicle supplied by McClune’s Shuttle Services or its contractors.

Refund and Cancellation Fees

Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking less than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking price.

Transfers are to and from airport, hotels and your destination, which is specified and confirmed in your booking only. Schedule date changes are permitted. All requests for amendments must be directed to McClune’s Shuttle Services, who will implement the request.
